Marc Habscheid

Unfortunately, I was not able to watch Marc play hockey, but I've seen him coach the World Juniors to gold in 2004 and silver, in 2005.  He also helped coach during 2006 for the Olympics.  He played in the NHL between 1981 - 1996 for the Oilers, North Stars, Wings and Flames.  Good player, but great coach!

    Habscheid scored the first goal of the 1989-90 season. It's true.

    Man, I got to get a copy of that card signed for my own collection. I love those old "airbrushed" OPC cards.

    Thanks Sal! Luckily I picked this up as a kid in the 90's, when I was just collecting hockey cards for the sake of it!
