Brendan Gaunce, the newest member of the Canucks organization being the 1st round draft pick. He was slated to be picked roughly in the 13th position and was rated the top Canadian forward. He is currently the captain of the Belleville Bulls and will be relied heavily upon this season. Good luck Brendan!

A nice auto by former Vancouver Canuck Brad May. Brad played for 7 teams in his career, most notably for the Buffalo Sabres. His historic goal vs the Boston Bruins created the announcer to shout "May Day! May Day!" as he had deked out a few players to score a goal. Thanks Brad for the nice auto!

Sweet, my first autograph by Vincent L. of the Tampa Bay Lighting. I believe Vincent is a strict "one per" autograph policy when returning TTM. Not much needs to be said about Vincent as he's pretty much won it all. A Stanley Cup, Olympic Gold and numerous amount of hardware from the NHL. An amazing player and seems like he's genuinely a nice guy! Thanks for the auto Vince!

A nice Ray Whitney autograph on my OPC card. This is my second time getting Whitney's autograph, but the first through TTM. You can view it here. Ray is a veteran hockey player, approaching his early 40s now. Hopefully the lockout will not proceed too much longer and enable him to get back to the game that he loves. Thanks for the auto Ray!

Too bad no hockey for the beginning of the season. Adam Henrique would've been a part of the NJ Devils and help them compete for a Stanley Cup again this year. Last year he put up just over 50 points in 76 games and contributed in the playoffs, putting up 13 points. Unfortunately, he was reassigned to Albany Devils for the beginning of the season, which can't be terribly bad as he'll continue to develop his skills.

Jonas Hiller, the All-Star, currently plays for the Anaheim Ducks. He was an undrafted prospect when he first hit the NHL scene in 2007 by then GM Brian Burke. Since then, he's been a pretty solid goaltender, having gone to the Stanley Cup Finals and participating in the NHL All-Star game, among other NHL accolades.

A long response from Eric Staal, but well worth it. Eric is going to be in heaven this year, as he'll be able to play along side with Jordan, and perhaps Marc in the future. I've gotten a return from Eric before, linked here, oddly enough, on the same card. Oops!

Chris Pronger is a pretty consistent TTM'er from what I've seen. He's signed a few cards for me before, and most likely will be signing many more for fans before his retirement. A cup winner and all around top NHL defenseman, he'll be one player that the game will miss once he's finally ready to hang up the skates. Thanks for the auto Chris!
